Copperside Dragons
Copperside Dragons, like the Clay-Nesting Dragons, are one of the uncommon Dirt Dragon breeds. They are a flightless breed that make up a fifth of the Dirt Dragon population.
The Copperside dragon is a medium-sized flightless breed that has (usually) gold or copper coloured plating that extends over its back from the head, covering the neck, shoulders and continues to the initial half of the tail. Although it has a thick-set body, it appears elegant due to its tapered muzzle and sinuous tail. This is one of the breeds that consistently displays a metallic colouration and is known for having a variety of plating styles.
While reasonably social and usually non-aggressive, the Copperside dragons are known to severely injure dragons of other breeds in fights due to their physical strength and it is recommended that only experienced breeders take them in.
ERS is proud to announce that we have obtained Coppersides bearing 'segmented' and 'dimpled' plating types.
